outside cable line is lying in backyard and hanging low in next door neighbors yard

We had a storm a month ago that felled a tree into our yard that took out the MLGW power poles and lines, along with the cable line.  MLGW came and put back up the poles and their lines.  XFiniity came out later and just hooked up the cable line to my house, but left the line in the yard instead of putting it back up on the pole lines.  It has been this way since.  What do I do to get XFinity to come out and put the cable line up off the ground?  It looks very unprofessional, and my neighbor is losing patience.
