no internet

When Chrome stopped supporting Windows XP and Windows Vista I had no internet, but have still been paying for it since then, and YES I am technologically challenged. Where can I see plans which don't include Internet, and can I get a rebate for the time I have paid for it, but not had it?

Where can I find an email address to ask Comcast or Xfinity this question?
