Appers that there has been no response from Comcast to mey emails. But on 2/3/21 your installer came to bring in the wire from the street and set up TV's and modem. Unfortunately when drilling the wire through the exterion the drill bit punctured a water pvc pipe from the second floor bathroom creating water leakage. The builders showed with the plumber and repaired by relacing the pvc pipe which took quite a while . $$
how about the installation fee?
