are xfi pods still back ordered?

are xfi pods still back ordered?

I ordered an xfi pod on Feb 6th.  Never got a confirmation but after an hour on the phone they told me the order was there and it would be in stock by Feb 12 but still nothing - No order confirmation, no shipping/tracking info   NOTHING  Anyone else having this problem?
