Xfi Pod Returns



I purchased Xfi pods last year and they did not work as expected for my house. I returned them to an Xfinity store on 8/26/20 and the employee told me that I would see a refund in 1-2 billing cycles. I never received a credit so I called. I was told I had to fill out the return form but the 90 day return policy had expired. I had already returned the pods within the 90 day return window. Nobody on the phone seems to understand my issue nor been able to help me. The pods are not cheap and I don't understand after returning them to a store why I haven't received a refund.
