Is it just me, or is the "customer service" provided by Comcast horrible? The automated system makes me jump through time consuming hoops just to speak with a human being. And they are always the same hoops because I have to deal with system outages CONSTANTLY with them, because they refuse to fix the problems properly. THEN when they finally are gracious enough to allow me to speak to someone, it is someone from India or somewhere (thanks for outsourcing jobs by the way), with a language barrier, reading from a script, and makes me do the same thing the automated system made me do. If there were ANY other company in my area that I could switch to for my cable and internet, I would have been gone a LOOOOONG time ago. You are the worst Comcast/Infinty and your director of "Customer Service" shoud be fired or resign in disgrace.
Now that you got that off your chest, would you like to tell us what the problem is with your service so that we can try to fix it? This is a Help & Support Forum, after all, and not a complaint service. 😉
