Feedback: Dissatisfied Customer Experience.
xfinity's customer service is not only the worst ever - it is nonexistent. I am unable to sign into my account and therefor am unable to connect to the so called customer service. the automated system really [EDIT: Profanity]. It is impossible to speak to a customer service agent. Total waste of my time
