Will Serve Request - New Multifamily Development

I am trying to obtain a will serve letter for a new development in Spring, TX.  Calling customer service has just been transfering me in circles.  Can you please help me with this?

@ComcastAmira Excuse me, I just want to follow up on the request I sent last week. I was hoping to get a will serve letter from Comcast. I sent the required information to you as a private message. However, I cannot follow up on the private message or send you a new message. Is there an issue? Thank you for your help.

Yes, no problem ! You will actually want to select our singular "Xfinity Support" handle (not an agent name) upon clicking the chat icon above. Once you have started a chat message, please provide your name and service address as it appears on your monthly billing statements to get started. @qianqianbunny No such thing as a stupid question! Were you able to type in Xfinity Support at all? It should be an option to search that term. 

I no longer work for Comcast.
