Website with no deals shown to existing customers

Trying to change my service, if I sign out of account, i get shown the world of deals, signed in I get sorry, must contact us. Are there no deals to be seen for customers 10+ years with you?

These days I would think with all the options out there Xfinity would want to hold on to their customers and not let them leave. I want to see what I can change to and not be told over the phone without being able view things and decide.

This is one of my biggest peeves !

ive found that if you have an issue more with your plan - just call and have an idea of what you want and ask if they can do better. I expect the run around but got to the point last time -

but I do hate seeing all these gray deals for “NEW” customers but what about the Ones paying for 10* years ? 

I hear you. This should be a major agenda of theirs but of course we are talking big corporation -
