Unlimited Data with own equipment?

Hey there.

 

Could I please get unlimited data added to my account? I've tried to add it myself and get this:

 

Temporarily unavailable

The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.

Your issue has been escalated to the Comcast Corporate Team available to the Forums.  A member of that team will reply to your post as quickly as they are able, so check back often.

I know even in my own household our data usage has increased and changed a lot since I am working from home and my kids are remote learning.
