I have made 5 calls to Comcast to report property damage due to Comcast maintenance. Each time I am told there is a ticket, the issue is escalated, someone will contact me within 3 days and or come out to the house. I have ticket numbers and pictures and still no action has been taken. Who do I need to contact at Comcast to get this problem resolved?
Hello, I will be happy to follow up on your tickets and this property damage. After five calls and all this waiting, I know this must be exhausting. At least I know I would be tired. If I can capture your name as it appears on your account and service address this will help us locate your account. We look forward to hearing back so we can get you the information you need.
Please do not post your name and address here on the open forums. Contact the employee with that info via a private message (if it is enabled). Click on their forum name. Then look for the "Send A Message" button on the top right side.
I have gotten NO aatempts at resolution yet.
Did @ComcastJosephB get back with you after you sent him your information?
Only to say this and I never heard back from him.
Others have responded but with nothing other than "Thanks for your patience" "I see a ticket, thanks for your patience" "what is your name and address on your account?"
All of which follow by absolutely NOTHING!

The most recent ticket we see is 052XXXXXX , and it's still active. We will make sure we keep in touch, so nothing falls through the cracks. Do all you can to have a good night.
