Good afternoon.

My name is Angelica and I'm a subscriber to xfinity. However, I live in Brazil and due to the pandemic I am prevented from traveling to the USA. I need to suspend services until December / 2021 or, if it is not possible, even cancel the plan.

I need your help urgently, because I have no way to pay these expenses, without using the services.
