Order Internet problem

For weeks, I have trying to order internet. The on line seemed to work, but failed. Noboby showed up at install time. Then I got a help call about failed on line order. After 45 min I was told I have a problem with account number. Well, I dont have an acount yet, I am trying to get one. Got transfeered to another number to get an account number. This was an endless loop asking for an account number. Then I tryed to use the call in help. This was a robot with no help. Please some one help me.. How can I order a product or servicee from this company??? Does this company still exist?
