New Build
Have built a new home not in a subdivision. Cable is available at the end of my driveway. Who can I contact to see how to get cable connected to my house?

Hi @Cwiz, congrats on building your new home! The best way to do so is by calling in to Sales and having the check for your address in the system, if it's not there, ask them to check the "Address Build Tool" or the "Build A House Tool". If they can't find the address, they'll put a ticket in and our experts will take a closer look and do a desktop survey based on our infrastructure data to determine feasibility and potential cost estimates.

Hi there @marlo_lamb1, I was a former teacher myself (9th and 10th grade English), so thanks for all you do for the students. I can understand why you'd be incredibly frustrated during this time especially with remote learning.
I didn't see a past post to reference as Andrew mentioned, but I did look up your transaction notes with us and if your bill-to address is where you now reside, it appears to be 5 miles away from the edge of our infrastructure. I'm happy to confirm your location with you in a private message your location and the cost estimates, but we are talking 5 miles we are talking an incredibly large amount of construction cost.

Hi there! I'd be glad to ensure that this gets looked into further. Please click on my handle (ComcastRob) and send a private message with your name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, and any pertinent details-- like the ticket number(s)-- so we can help.
