Since power outages are outside of our control, we are not currently providing credits for any downtime resulting from power outages. However, if your power had been restored and you were still without Comcast services we can take a look into this for you. @Beepboo If your outage was due to the winter storm in either Oregon or Texas, your credit should show up on your next bill, or the one following at the latest. You won't see that credit online under My Account until your bill updates.
