My promotional rate ran out this month and I've spent a whole week trying to get ahold of someone to help me in the billing forum so maybe someone over here can help. I was under a contract that expired this month and my bill has gone up by $30. I'm on a fixed income and COVID has severely impacted our household income so I need a new lower promo rate. In the time my bill has gone from $130 to over $180 there have been no changes to my service. I just need to get back down to a reasonable amount. Thanks.
