Forgot about me?? Bad service and customer service.

My internet has been down for a week. The line is literally hanging in the street. No one has even come by to look or hook back up. Can’t even call to speak to a real person. I freaking hate this company.

Hi, @jakobfisher. I can imagine how frustrating this must be, I would be frustrated as well if my service was down. To look into this and discuss it further, we would need to do that via a private message, if you can continue our conversation on that thread, please.
