The best way to find out about any planned maintenance would be to regularly be checking the Xfinity My Account App. Depending on when our teams are able to update any new work orders, planned interruptions may show 24-72 hours in advance. Most scheduled maintenance will take place overnight from around 12-6 am since this is when we have the least amount of users who will be affected by the interruption. Our techs are great and really try to get everything resolved as quickly as possible so you usually will not experience a service interruption for that full duration!
