How to get a line tech out for downed line at pole

Line is down at pole inttrupting service how do i get a line tech out to repair it with out the home tech comming out and wasting my time saying we need to send a line crew out to repair it

Having this same problem! This is NOT UNDERGROUND line. Just need LINE TECH to come out and reattach the Comcast Line back onto the pole. Please help. Been without service for several days. (The outage report says there are none) but, we do not have service.
can you help ???
