How do I return "Stream without our Box"?

I recently changed my service package, and was prompted in the "Equipment Return" section to return "Stream without our Box (currently leasing)".

 

Since it's a digital service, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. 😅

EXACTLY! my question also, hopefully someone at Xfinity can respond, the warning clearly says I have 10 days to return "something" or I will be charged...

Hey there, @user_5d5140, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your equipment return. If you do not currently have any physical equipment from us you do not need to worry about making a return or unreturned equipment fees. The unreturned equipment fees would only apply if you have physical equipment from us that is not returned on time.

 

If you do have equipment that needs to be returned you would be able to take it to your local Xfinity store for return or to any UPS store in your area and they would be able to return it back to us free of charge just make sure you get a receipt for your return. Let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns!
