Home survey and/or construction for new property

Hello. 

 

Does anyone at all know how in the world to get someone out to do a survey to get new service?? We have been trying for months and months now. I must have made 50 plus phone calls, been on the web live chat over 100 times abnd have visited an xfinity store twice to no avail. We just need service at our new home. We are getting desperate, we have 3 kids that need to start school online after the New Year and have been told we need to pay to get lines run since it is an unservicable address right now. That is fine, I will pay, just PLEASE someone tell me how I contact the construation team to get a survey request in????
