Flex TV extra cost...
With Flex TV I was wondering if streaming the 4K video will increase my bill?
Will there be additional data charges at some point because I'm streaming 4K content?

Hey there, dbwilkinson1974, I see you are a fairly new poster on our Xfinity Forums platform! Welcome to the platform and happy posting! We truly appreciate you joining the discussion! Our Xfinity Flex boxes include 4K streaming completely free with the service! One of my favorite features included with the Flex box as well as the Peacock Streaming Platform that is also included free with the box! We are always adding a lot of great new TV shows and movies! I would definitely recommend checking it out!
Here is a link with more information about our Xfinity Flex boxes to learn more about all the awesome features, https://comca.st/3p4lhIn.

Hi @dbwilkinson1974,
While Xfinity Flex supports 4K UHD streaming and provides access to 4K titles and content, all usage (video or otherwise) is streamed over the internet and counts toward your internet usage. If your monthly data usage doesn't exceed your monthly data plan limit, you shouldn't incur additional data charges. You can check your data usage in the Account section on Flex, or monitor monthly data usage in My Account on xfinity.com. As suggested by @ComcastJeniece, you can find additional info about Xfinity Flex in these FAQs:

thank you for your response. That was the info I was looking for. The previous answer I got for this question seemed to just be a copy/paste from the website and not addressing my actual question.
