Customer service
You literally have the WORST customer service resources I have ever seen. No contact number to actually speak to a human being. When you text chat it acts like you are stupid and doesn't answer any of your actual questions. You couldn't make me feel like you cared less if you tried! I told the text bot I was going to cancel service and it sounded happy to make that happen. You are here to serve a customer please realize that.
