I was given a phone number to call for the Construction team to get an update on when i can get the Comcast line installed. They were to call me back with 24 hours and it is now the 3rd day. I was told the ticket hasn't been looked at since January 5 th. We have been trying to get service since October. Can someone let me know how to reach out to get an update.
