Charges on account

Hello, I was reviewing my bill & noticed I was charged $18 in reactivating fees on 01/07/21, a late fee of $10 on 01/10/22, & another round of deactivation fees on 01/10/21. My service wasn’t cut off because of credits received & I have been effected financially because of COVID. The total charges for the late notice and 2 rounds of deactivation fees is $48.00 & and am requesting this be refunded. Thank you
