I know this has been asked before, but I can't find an answer that works for me. Why can I not change (or even view) my plan online or on the app? I would like to have access to my plan and the price I pay and the ability to change if I so chose. I do not have a flex plan that others have spoken of. I've been a customer for 7 years. Everytime I do call customer service, I am given a run around and told I have the best price.
