Billing and lack of service
I've had Comcast, Xfinity service for over 4 years, have always carried the Super Triple Play package, my issue. I have seen premium movie channels disappear left and right, the On-demand movies, the same, less and less options ? However the monthly rates keep going up ?
Paying more and getting less. As of last month my bill jumped $25. ? But yet I'm getting less than we used to ? The 'On-demand' movies now are a joke. You now are offering 'HBO-Max', but you want $15. a month for that ? When all those same movies used to be part of the On-demand package. On top of all these, you are also promoting streaming apps of 'new improved +channels, such as Discovery, and others, of course again for an extra monthly fee.
I'm really getting tired of paying more, and getting less !!!
It's really obvious that your customers service are the last thing you care about, you only seem to care about how much you can make, by serving less !
