I went online to pay my first bill after setting up service. However, when I log in to my account the only thing that shows up is my old address where service was disconnected years ago. I tried to link accounts via the website but the xfinity website keeps coming up with error messages. How can I get my new address linked to my online account?

Hi @JesseJen please check to make sure you've got the right Xfinity ID, it may be your mobile number and not your email (which may be associated with your prior account and identity on the account). You can try to pw reset based on your mobile, or you can go to www.xfinity.com/id to look it up.
