$5.99 Coupon

Tried to redeem my holiday $5.99 coupon and can't seem to find the 16 digit coupon code that it is asking for.  Called custmer service and after being transferred twice, I was hung up on.  Any idea how to redeem or what the required code is??

I apologize to hear of the issue you are having with trying to redeem your coupon. In order to get the 16 digit code, you have to first activate the coupon. You should be able to do this by visiting https://comca.st/3cmk7p2. Hi All - I successfully registered and redeemed my first $5.99 coupon at my.xfinity.com/coupon.  Now I have another $5.99 coupon and tried to register but the website came back and said I have reached the limit for this type (16 digits).  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Hi, @user_8f32ce. Only one coupon can be registered/redeemed at a time. Are you saying you already rented a movie and used the first coupon? If not, use it and register the second one. If you did use it on a rental, let me know.
