All of my HBO channels are now audio output in Spanish. The setup for audio output does not toggle. I do not have a "gear" icon to change this. I have been "chatting" with "customer service" for hours. They have had me unplug, replug, crawl around search for serial numbers - what a joke. Still HBO has audio output in Espanol. No answers here
