"sports and news" channel listing compared to "sports entertainment package"

What EXACTLY is offered in the sports entertainment package that is part of the Super Triple Play and not the signature TP? Can it be addded to the signature plan? zip code 08081. I need to get the cost down when my contract is up this month. Might have to expriemnt with cord cuttting.....
