not getting Newsmax channel 1115 through DTA

I can get the Newsmax channel (1115) through my Xfinity X1 box, but not through any of my DTA boxes. I pay enough as it is for the few channels I watch currently. I refuse to pay one cent more in additiional fees to get channel 1115 through my DTA. What's your excuse this time !!!? What gives?

DTAs only broadcast up to Digital Starter if Newsmax falls into a tier higher than that Or it’s an IP channel, it won’t show on a DTA. You can upgrade your equipment if you need to watch it.

Is Newsmax one of the IPTV channels? If so, then it will not work with a DTA.

Please download “ Xfinity Stream APP” to your Smart TV to watch the channel 1115 NewsMax

Not everyone has a smart tv to download the Xfinity Stream app to or the compatible model of smart tv
