Help, I feel like a dog chasing its tail. I have talked to 3 different support people and got 3 different answers. The problem is I cannot receive the Marquee channel 202 on my TV’s with the small adapter boxes. I can receive it on the TV hooked to the main cable box. All 3 TV’s are hooked up the same. A coaxial cable from the box to a VCR and from the VCR to the TV with a coaxial cable. Person 1 said I needed 2 newer adapter boxes. Got them Serial No.’sPAPW01299068 and PAPW00988333 and no change. Did the person in the Xfinity store give me the correct boxes to receive channel 202 ? Person 2said a needed to convert to HD and get a new main box, but I am getting202 on the box I have (Model MCSS9063 Ser. MA1945EH1196). Person 3 said my problem was that I am using coaxial cable and not HDMI connectors. I cannot use HDMI cables and as I stated earlier the main box gets 202 with coaxial cable. I am old and not technically savvy so please make your answer simple, all I want to do is watch the Cubs on my other TV’s not connected to the main box. Maybe I need a tech to come to my home and make it work. Thank you.

what does DTA stand for ? and if I go to the Infinity store what do I tell them I want. Thank you.
Thank you. Will go to Infinity store next week. Will post results.
I have a simple SD DTA adapter, and I do get Marquee on it (the SD channel 84, of course.)
Try unplugging the box for a few seconds, plug it back in, then give it a few minutes to reboot and repopulate itself. I've had occasional issues where it doesn't always update it's channel map automatically.
Andy,
Sorry if you already know this, but I believe you can switch out an SD DTA for a HD DTA at no extra charge. At least that was my experience a couple of years ago. Things might have changed....
The SD box is on a bedroom TV. It's small, and rather far from the bed, too. Plus, that TV only has a single HDMI port and I have Roku connected to it. I don't want to deal with an HDMI switch or HDMI-to-Component converter.
Got Boxes DC60XU which are HD Digital Transport Adampters, installed them
and had them activated. No Change, still no Marquee, back to the drawing board.
Looks like the answer is to give up on the HD version and just watch the Cubs on 84 the SD channel. Thanks for all the different ideas.
