issues with CNN and MSNBC

MSNBC and CNN are virtually impossible to watch due to pixelation issues -- the screen is constantly fluttering and stuttering.  (This same issue occurred roughly a month ago.)

All other channels seem fine. I have reset and unplugged everything, several times - no change.
