What happens when you do this: Go to the Xfinity website Click on "My Account" at the top Scroll down to "Services", then click on "Manage TV" under the TV icon To the right, under "Common Solutions," click on "Add/Manage premium channels" Do you see a box for Starz? Is there a checkbox next to it? If you do, try clicking on the checkbox and see if the check mark goes away.
Now, this might not work, in which case, you probably have to do call Comcast (probably so they can have somebody make you some offer - "if you keep Starz, we'll give you a reduced rate for a year" or something like that). I was able to get rid of HBO a year ago, but I think I had to change my plan in order to do it.
Hi, @user_6bedcf! We're happy to help with removing the Starz subscription from your account, and the best part is you don't have to call in. :) Can you please click the Peer to Peer chat icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon and enter Xfinity Support in the "To" section of the chat and provide us with your first and last name so we may further assist you.

You need to call Comcast and cancel that subscription. Starz has been a separate subscription since late last year after a fight over $$.
