diy dropped from my line-up by comcast

what the heck, we watch diy all the time and when looking for it today it now says its a subscription.  NO ITS NOT its part of my 140+ line-up. tried contacting customer service and thats a stupid joke, wait for a call back in 15 min they say,  well hours later nothing. Tried thru the web site and also thru the cell phone. NOTHING.  Comcast customer service has gone to the crapper. time to start looking elsewhere for a service that I PAY FOR that will actually have customer support.

Have been a really really long term customer, not for much longer.
