channels viewable on two TVs are "unauthorized" on a third

Is this the result of a defective box?

More likely incorrect rate codes on the third cable box

Thanks.

I should add, this is not a new TV/box and has been working well. I suddenly lost cable channels like CNN, ESPN but local channels work fine. Unplugging and repowering box ineefective.

Can you please elaborate on your previous reply?

Call in to customer service and have them check the rate codes for your equipment. You can also try an equipment reset through the myaccount app

@Tb28, Hello, Thanks for taking the time to reach out regarding your programming concerns. I am truly sorry for the late response. Were you able to get assistance from one of our specialists over the phone as directed or do you still need assistance with the missing programming channels?
