activated new cable modem and all my tv channels now tell me I am not subscribed

activated a new SurfBoard 8200 yesterday morning. Activated o.k. and the internet was working when it was all done. Now when I go to stream using the XFinity app on my Roku, or stream in a browser, none of my channels are available. When I select a channel I am told I am not subscribed and that I need to upgrade. I have had 220+ channels since Feb, when I lookup my channels lineup by account it only shows 5 channels, Dust, Cheddar, etc... But when I lookup my channel lineup using the address of my service all channels appear in the lineup.
