Xfinity and CBS all access
I have Prime Video on my TV and already have some additional channels. Today I added CBS All Access. I cannot see all the shows. Some come up as restricted on this device...but I can watch on other devices. Any ideas onhow to correct this and remove the restriction?

is your contract you are speaking of for X1 services or xfinity instant TV? (any x1 equipment in the home?)

We have a triple play contract till next year (TV, internet and home security). X1 box. Just curious why the internet only subs get the Hulu app and those of us paying more don't get it on our X1 box.

are you speaking of the flex app? you can access a subscription on Hulu on any device connected to the internet (smart phone/tablet, desk/laptop PC, Roku).

X1 boxes are getting CBS All Access later this year. Not sure on Hulu, but there is a sticky thread about Hulu in the forum.

That is not totally true. SOME CBS All Access shows can be seen on primevideo but not all. Picard and Discovery can't be seen on my xfinity tv that I pay $200+ a month for the connection. C'mon guys, you can do better. It's becoming more and more tempting to just sign up for Hulu and Netflix and all the other channels of interest to me instead of paying for music channels, Spanish channels and other stuff I have no use for.

So, let me ask this. If I end my free trial of all access thru amazon prime, I could get all the shows on cbs all access on my tv thru xfinity? I should be able to get all channels on cbs all access app?

Hi:
I have the same problem with Star Teck Picard, but not with Star Trek Discovery. Additionally, if I use Apple TV then I don't have the problem I experience through Xfinity. Lastly, trying to get an answer from Xinity is very difficult because no one knows what the problem is I am describing (once you get through the auto-bots, which is no easy task either).
I wish they would do something or answer these questions?
Cheers,
Tedd

I have also been waiting a long. Time for cbs all access to be put on the X1 platform about twice a week I pull up the existing apps on my tv just to see if Comcast has already put cbs all access on my tv We only have about 4 months left in the year Comcast you need to get this on X1 in the next month or so in the months ahead it's going to get cold I will be spending a lot of time straming a lot during the winter time I already have spent a lot of time streaming on netfix Hulu and peacock that I have on the X1 platform and cbs all access would be another great app like the three that I already have on X1 so lets make this happen
I 'm rooting for you guys to get this app onX1 and just to let you know I love the . Xfinity services that I have with your company cable internet and streaming thanks a happy customer
