When I bring up the Tubi app on my TV, the app starts and then freezes up at the point where it usually shows the next episode of the program. I was able to start Tubi from my Sony TV and it works. What can be done to fix my Infinity Tubi app?
I am having the exact same problem with tubi. Comcast Customer support from xfinity is unavailable during the corona virus crisis. I tried all the usual things comcast/xfinity customer service does whenever a problem occurs (reset the modem, reset the box, check the internet connection, etc.). All my other xfinity internet apps work fine (YouTube, Xumo, etc.). I also tried the various websites that offer help for tubi but nothing works. Have you had any luck?
