I have had great service for the past few years but as of a few days ago, I am only able to access local channels. All my premium changes are not accessible and I have error codes XRE-03121 or XRE-03062. I have not made any changes to my account recently. I have had two chat sessions with Xfinit Chat and performed a series of troubleshooting steps including refreshing the device many times but nothing worked. This is not the best time to have missing channels as due to COVID-19, technicians are only servicing customers with no service. I have read in the forums that many customers were able to solve this by replacing the set top box. Could Xfinity get one mailed to me? Or please advice other alternatives to resolve this issue.
