several day of this message on many channels, notably 402 FSO

Something is impeding the signal of the frequency of those channels and maybe others. It can be anything from the tap outside to the cable box. Check that the cables are tight and in good repair, remove any unnecessary splitters and possibly have a tech out to troubleshoot further

did all of that, no fix, it all started with the rain a few days ago
