Anytime I log in to xfinity to manage my plan, or click to manage in the app, I click the link to "Manage Plan" and get redirected to https://www.xfinity.com/error/buy/sorry?errorCode=DFPLN3001 with a page that just tells me netflix is a part of my plan and maybe I want to add xFi pods... well that's not very helpful lol
I just wanted to add/remove premium channels! so frustrating.
Furthermore - using the virtual assistant puts me in an endless loop where I say I want to remove channel, it tells me to click this link which doesn't work. I say talk to person, it says I can help you with that - select your issue. I do and then it brings me to broken link again! Dude. for real?
