Same thing happened to us in Denver. On Saturday we were told that all of our channels would be the same with our new plan. Called today and was told WGN (which we watched a lot) was
no longer part of our package and no...we could not go back to the package we had two days ago because it is no longer offered. Also lost 2 days of viewing because we were not given all the parts needed to connect the new cable box. A technician fixed that problem today. Might be time to try something different.
