Upgraded package. No channel update.

I upgraded my package to get Travel Channel for a school project and the channel says I have to subscribe.  It has been days.  Customer service on phone said it would be done by end of day yesterday, but still no channel availability.

 

My order also says pick up box in store.  I already have an X1 box.  Do I need to replace it?
