With so many customers experiencing this automatic switch from English to Spanish on a variety of channels/shows...it sure sounds lke a system program glitch. Your customers should not have to recall how to correct this problem, it should not happen and has been for years! My parents are in their 80's and are unable to remember or even know what to do to get their show back to English. This is Very upsetting to be happening so often for SO long. When is Comcast going to fix the problem for all and for good?
