TV5 channel 3265

Programming does not start at the times indicated in the guide, so when I record I only get partial program. Even though I add more time at the end for recording and even at the beginning I have to record the previous program and the program after and then scan to put together the whole program I want to view. Really frustrating and too much wasted time to record what I want.  Is this an Xfinity problem or TV5 problem?
