Some of our channels like hg tv for example have pixelation and are not watchable. We had a tech out who replaced all the cables and things seemed ok for a bit and today the channel is conpletely unwatchable I called tech support they reset the boxes seemed ok and now can’t watch at all and it is like this on 3 different TVs. They suggested replacing the tv boxes but it seems to be more likely outside wiring. Any thought on how to fix this since they don’t really seem to want to send a tech?
There is a splitter in the wall and the cables were crimped and after fixing them now know pixelation! The tech came and checked outside and noticed we were losing signal somewhere inside and suggested there must be a splitter somewhere. I was hoping it was going to be in the upstairs wall outlet where the modem is and sure enough that is where it was!
