TCM moved to Sports and Entertainment package
What a rotten move.
I think I heard from a customer rep once that you aren't charged the early termination fee unless you completely cancel service. I signed up for a 2 year contract this past January, and just got a new/better deal about a month ago and I wasn't charged the ETF. I think the EFT kicks in if you leave them completely.
This needs to be verified, but if it is the case, then for those people who are truly disgusted (that includes me), then the solution is to take your service down to the minimum, maybe just internet service ,so you can stream Hulu or Sling or YouTube TV.
And then dump the internet service when your contract is up.
Just a thought. If someone can confirm that you can cancel cable TV and just keep internet without incurring a penalty, please post here.

As long as you keep one service you are not charged an early termination fee.

Thanks!
Even better than keeping Xfinity internet, people could do the most basic TV package and pay them the minimum possible until the contract is up.
