Straight answer: is epix included in preferred+ or not?

I opted to add Starz for $$ per month, but I thought Epix was included in my "Preferred+ 220+ Channels" package. 

When I try to go to Epix, it tells me I need to pay for a subscription.

This isn't a "time" thing, it's been over a month since the change, so can I get a definite answer to this question?
